Catch up on my yearly bible plan
I was really good with this in the beginning of January, but then exams happened and I totally got behind.
Deep clean the WHOLE fridge
In January I wrote down that I wanted to clean it. It didn't really happen. But this month, I'm determined.
Start planning for London
I am heading back to London for spring break this March and I haven't done any planning yet. Oops.
Weekly Goals:
Sabbath
I'm the kind of person who leaves homework till Sunday when all I want to do is sleep and rest and take baths. This month I want to get in the habit of completely taking Sundays off from school.
Meal prep
I totally rocked this in January, and this month I want to say in the habit of making extra to save for the next day.
Daily Goals:
Drink water
Over the past week, I'm actually been getting really good at this. I drink 1L before lunch and around another 1L throughout the rest of the day. Hopefully I can keep this up when school starts again.
90-day Yoga Fix
Unfortunately at the end of December my most favourite yoga studio closed. I had been practising there for over 2 years and I was so sad to see it go. At the moment I don't have time to join a new studio so I trying to do at-home for 90 days straight. So far it's going well, but I will keep you updated.
